Siebenhaar slewing and winch gearboxes have a long history in marine and offshore industries. These gearboxes and winches are installed in the huge plants of the worldwide known brands in field offshore and marine, operating around the clock to perform their job: lifting and rotating.

Siebenhaar engineers are acquainted to design gearboxes which must meet the third party requirements: an essential key in marine and offshore industries. Our gearboxes and hydraulic safety brakes have numerous case and type approvals from known third parties as: DNV-GL, ABS, Lloyd’s register, CCS, etc.

  • Das derzeit noch im Bau befindliche größte Sandsaugschiff der Welt (Englisch: hopper dredger) wird mit diversen Winden aus dem Hause Siebenhaar ausgestattet. Dazu gehören unter anderem komplexe Windenstationen mit Seilwickelvorrichtung und Hydraulik sowie auch die wohl größte Freifallwinde der Welt mit 200 to Seilzugkraft zum Einsatz als „spud hoisting winch“.
